The Crack of Doom

This is an ancient crack possibly many hundreds of years old judging by the lichen growth on the rock faces on the inside surfaces of the crack, about twenty metres back from the edge of the gorge. The crack extends down visibly for three or four metres.
At some point the whole area David is standing on will slide into the gorge.
